Most of these services are available on a convenient “while you wait” basis, allowing you to have your jewellery inspected and repaired with minimal disruption to your day. In cases where the repair is more complex or requires additional time, we’ll provide you with a clear estimate once we’ve had a chance to thoroughly evaluate the piece. If you have any questions or concerns about a piece of jewellery that needs repairing, cleaning or general maintenance, we warmly invite you to visit our store. A knowledgeable member of our team will be more than happy to examine your item and offer expert advice, ensuring you get the best possible service.

 POSTAL REPAIRS

You can post your jewellery repairs and watches directly to us, and once your item arrives at our workshop, we’ll carry out a prompt inspection and provide you with an instant, no-obligation quote. This convenient service is perfect for customers who are unable to visit us in person but still want access to expert craftsmanship and trusted repairs from a specialist team.

How long do jewellery repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 7 days, but we’ll always give you an accurate timeframe when you bring your item in as we aim to be quicker. Need something urgent? Just ask, we’ll do our best to help.

From resizing rings, replacing stones and watch repair, to fixing chains and restoring vintage pieces, our in-house goldsmiths can handle a wide range of repairs with care and precision.
